How Do I Get Billing and Customer Service Support?

The best and fastest way to get immediate customer service is by using our Live Chat feature. :)
Live Chat is currently available from 9am-8pm EST Monday-Friday and 10am-5pm Saturdays (excluding holidays).
If you want to talk to someone directly, in real time, just login to your client portal and look for the tab at the bottom right that says... "Chat Now" or "Speak to an agent" and we'll take care of you!
(If chat is unavailable, the "Chat Now" box will not be visible.)

Alternatively, you may create a support ticket 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by clicking "Support" tab while you are logged into your client portal. Or, you can click the 'Email us' over to the right of this article to submit a ticket as well. Please be aware that customer support tickets can take 36 to 48 hours to process, so if you need immediate help, it is best to open a Live Chat session. :)

Our Billing Hours are Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm EST so please note that billing requests will only be processed during these hours.
