If you'd like to reset your username or password, you can do it one of 2 ways:
- LOGIN to your account and click the edit profile button on the right.
- Or, submit a ticket and send us your preferred username and password and we'll change it for you.
If changing your username, as long as it's available, it can be changed.
(SPECIAL NOTICE! When changing your profile, please don't change your email address UNLESS you also change the email address on file at Clickbank that's attached to your orders. This is especially important for monthly billing so your access doesn't get interrupted.)
