No, you do not have to use the meal plans provided in Venus Factor 12 Week Fat Loss System manual.
The meal plans are provided for people to use as an example to help them begin to learn how to properly structure their eating. You should feel free to pick and choose meals or snacks from the sample meal plans and arrange them however you see fit.
Alternatively, you may choose your own foods that YOU like to eat, count up the calories using an online calorie counting tool, and create your own meal plans that you will enjoy. :)
If you feel or find that you would rather have a meal plan system to use you may experiment with the sample plans offered in the 12 Week Fat Loss System manual.
We also offer a more comprehensive standalone meal plan product you can purchase separately HERE. You also have lifetime access to these meal plans if you are an IMMERSION client. Just look in the “Downloads” section under “My Products”. :)
You may use either the meal plans in the manual OR the standalone product. You can even mix and match the items off of both of them to develop a style of eating that YOU find most pleasing.
Learning that you don't need restrictive diet rules and that you can choose your own food is tremendous freedom. This is one of the most important skills you will need in order to successfully lose fat as well as keep and maintain your fitness and physique.
