If you are not satisfied with VFX, simply send your VFX bottles back to us within 60 days of delivery date for a refund.
You do not need an RMA# to return the order. Instead, please include a slip of paper with your full name, email address, and your mailing address with the merchandise you are returning. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please keep a record of your return tracking number and send that information to support@venusindex.com. Please do not use "REFUSED/RETURN TO SENDER" shipments as they are not guaranteed to be returned by the carrier (USPS/DHL/FedEx) and may effect your refund eligibility. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once we receive and process returned items.
